Scope

Matters accepted by agreement of the parties

Abrams Arbitration accepts appointments made directly by parties, through agreed selection procedures, and through arbitration rosters or administering organizations as applicable.

Before appointment, the parties should provide sufficient identifying information for a conflicts review. Confidential case information should not be transmitted until the conflicts process is complete.
